The mountains were calling, again, and it couldn’t have been a better time to take the boys to the snow for the first time. Mammoth had just gotten over four feet of snow in 24 hours! Glamping, a popular portmanteau for “glamorous camping,” essentially takes a hotel room and puts it in the middle of nature. It’s a nice compromise for parents who can’t agree on how to introduce their children to the great outdoors.
